Fizz... FPA membership will not help you a lot here... when someone calls ou a cheater, than if you tell him "i am FPA member"... well i think that this man can have no idea what is FPA, and even if he has idea, for him you will still be a cheater :-)

Indeed being in FPA doesn't mean the ystop calling you cheater as sometimes i also get called a cheater ...

And as deka said you need to be a admin in your clan ...
